  • I decided to give Milliken Bar and Restaurant a try after seeing it advertise 24/7 Dim Sum. I went in at about 3pm and ordered some food. It came fairly quickly and the portions were decent. I ordered the shrimp dumplings, shrimp rice roll, dough fritter rice roll, deep fried shrimp dumplings, Korean ribs, pork dumpling and finished off with a mango pudding for dessert. It came to 25.00 for 10 plates! Best value I've gotten at a dim sum place in a while. The quality of the dim sum was good. Well priced and the portions were great too. Well definitely come back! Though the name is misleading, it really is a hidden gem in Scarborough.
