  • I bought some new boots for my son for Christmas. There were never used, except for him to try them on Christmas morning (on carpet). They did not fit him, so I wanted to return them. I was told that they do not refund and that it's a corporate policy. Interestingly enough this policy is written nowhere on the receipt beneath the heading, Return Policy. I'm going to reach out to corporate next. If I don't get my money back then I'll never shop here again.
