  • I emailed the Rubix for information and they did get back to me within 24 hours which is nice, however, within those 24 hours I decided to drive by and just drop in the leasing center. At a glance, it's a nice/newer looking building in a not so nice looking area, but at least it's gated. I pulled onto the street to find the gate into the parking lot wide open. I was going to pull in and park to walk up, but upon driving by I saw a group of 5-7 not too friendly looking men hanging out right at the entrance. I just turned around and kept driving. Being a young single female it already gave me a very insecure vibe. And this was at about 3pm in winter. My mind got to wondering about how it would be in the middle of a warm summer night. In a summary the "gated community" isn't very gated, and there are some loitering men around the area in the parking lot within the gate.
