  • Our bathroom door was locked from the inside and when I called them Pete said his technician was too busy at the moment to help us out on time. Thought that was the end of it...But that wasn't the case as Pete went ahead to help us out via text on step by step to get us to open the lock on our own. From choosing the right tool to concrete directions to unlocking the knob he was there all the way through for us to get it done. I really appreciated his time to save us time and $85 to get a technician to deal with it. Thank you!!
