  • Most unprofessional customer service ever!!! Mandy the "sales manager" totally not customer friendly!!! Luella unprofessional to say the least. Scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago. Arrive on time and it took 30 minutes to be accommodated and then when asked why it took so long Luella broke down crying and ran out of the room!!! Mandy sent Jamoun who was such a professional. Thank you Jamoun. Jamoun saved the day!!!! Otherwise David's Bridal would NOT have received our business!!!!
