My family and I came in today to look at bedroom furniture. A salesman said hello to us very nicely on the way in. As we walked around the bedroom furniture, we noticed that the man was stalking us. Every step we took, he was about 6 feet behind us. Every time we stopped to look at something, he got closer. It made us very uncomfortable, as we just wanted to enjoy our time and look, but felt like the salesman was breathing down our necks. We kept trying to get away from him, which ruined our experience and caused us to not purchase what we came for. As we were walking through a crowd of salesman, I was speaking to my husband about the pricing and that I had noticed at another store that the prices were generally lower. One of the salesman raised his voice and said "IKEA!" as I completed my statement to my husband. This really offended me. I wasn't talking about IKEA, I was talking about Living Spaces, and I would have purchased a higher priced item if I liked it. Price is not the only factor for us in purchasing furniture. That comment made me feel like he was suggesting we couldn't afford their prices. We were ready to buy and RC Wiley lost the sale because of their creepy and rude sales people.
