| - I'm giving these guys 1 star because even though the repair tech is an idiot, he was at least polite.
So far, I'm not impressed.... the heating coil in my dishwasher burst and AHS sent these tools out to fix it. Of course, he didn't have the part and it had to be ordered. A week and half later, I still hadn't heard from them. When I called, they told me that the part was on order. However, a few hours later, they called back to tell me the parts miraculously appeared and to schedule the install. Here's the best part: when he installed the heating coil, he didn't screw it into the back of the dishwasher OR use rubber washers/gaskets on the connections!! Needless to say when I ran my dishwasher for the first time, I had water pouring out the back and all over my kitchen floor!!! How do you do this for a living and NOT use rubber gaskets or screw stuff in?!?! So, I've called AHS again and I should hear from Fidelity tomorrow. We'll see how the rest of this goes, but now I know to not let AHS send these guys again! Based on other reviews, I wonder if warranty work is all these guys get because they'd be out of business otherwise! So stupid!!!!
