  • Toronto has no shortage of trendy salons, so it can feel overwhelming to pick a place to go. My hair was in serious need of a cut and colour, and in my search I came across Dat. I decided to book here because of all the positive feedback about the colourists, but I'll be back because of the overall great experience. I had my hair done by Israel, and couldn't recommend him enough. He took the time to discuss what I was really looking for in my colour, and explained his thought process at every step. The 3ish hours I spent there could have dragged by, but Israel (and Lindsay) were so friendly that the experience never felt reduced to awkward salon small talk. Bottom line: if you're looking for a salon in the Queen West area, check out Dat!
