  • Not a good experience. Booked a penthouse suite which was roomy but clearly not kept up well. The furniture was uncomfortable, worn out and stained (ewe!), automatic blinds didn't work, the king bed was not comfortable at all, the whole room was very outdated and "tired." Staff was VERY unaccommodating and rude, literally following us through the casino to make sure our kids ( 9 & 10) were not gambling. One guy (Michael) even told us that we could not stand outside the the Pantry restaurant and we weren't even close to the gambling floor. Another refused to give my kid a cup of ice water at the pool bar. Bad. Called engineering to fix the toilet at about 9pm and at 11:30 pm they still had not shown up. They came the next morning at 7:40. The resort fee ($30 day) buys you absolutely nothing and the pool closes at 6 o'clock. ? what?? Their is no guest rate for the lions/dolphin attraction which is even more insulting since your already paying a resort fee. There is absolutely nothing for kids to do here and after 15 minutes the pool is uninteresting and super packed even mid week. I'd suggest the Golden nugget pool or mandalay bay.
