We discovered The Sushi Room right after they first opened and have become loyal patrons of the restaurant eating here at least twice a week and sometimes sneak in a lunch as well. Blaise is an exceptional chef and we love sitting at the bar so we can watch the fun and chat with him as well. He is putting together a great team of chefs and it's been enjoyable getting to know the new ones. We're not "roll" people so much, but several of our friends are and always compliment them. The fish has always been fresh and tasty - absolutely love it! We've never had a problem with service and find most of them to be friendly, attentive and make the dining experience a great one. Friday and Saturday nights are always hopping and lots of fun but if you're in a hurry, I'd suggest coming in early before the crowd arrives.
