  • What a Fantastic Grand Opening party and classes! They had a live DJ for both classes, GNC goodie bags, Jersey Mike Subs, Blo Bar discount cards, Foodie Fit samples(healthy gourmet pre-made meals), contests and lots of giveaways! I won the LionHeart Monitor that monitors your heart rate while connected to the F45 system during a workout. It was truly a fun/fit day with all the staff and fitness enthusiasts! Im definitely in the right place in life! I have finally found a fitness program I actually like and can physically do. Im not perfect yet with all the different stations, but each day Im figuring it out and getting help from all the Professionals. Like Ive said before, I do have two hip replacements from 25 years a dancer, and my range of motion is limited, but if you maintain focus and concentration you can do anything! If you like a group setting, work well with others and like high intensity training, than you should come take a class! High Energy and all Positive Vibes here. Classes are for any level(beginner-advanced). This is my 6th class I have taken in 8 days! I am absolutely loving it! My new addiction!
