  • I had gone to Interstate because they are closer. I was looking around at that point and was given a quote. I specifically asked about promotions since I was buying higher end appliances and there didn't seem to be much price differences among retailers. Interstate told me there were no promotions. After I do more research, I find that there is a promotion. A free drawer microwave in my case. That amounts to about $1400 that I would have spent. I was upset so I went to Snow Bros because they are locally owned and liked their delivery policy better. Jeff introduced himself as we came in the door and we explained our situation. He seemed to know the product line well as I didn't even have to tell him the model numbers. He even suggested other offerings to be complete. In any case, he offered us a price that was well below Interstate and they knew about the promotion so that wasn't even a question. We wanted professional installation for the range since it was nearly 500lb but even with that cost, Snow Brothers' quote was great and the whole process was easy. We also had some time to check out their showroom. Very, very nice. Their showroom is unassuming from the outside but very roomy and well-appointed on the inside.
