  • Disappointment with Customer service... I mean - its not something great to be able to take good photos and provide competitive pricing--- after all - all these shops do that!!! But customer service & speed is what matters!! Place said that they close at 6:30 - So I showed up at 6 - hoping to get my photos - to apply for passport next morning since I am on a tight schedule due to my flight. He refused, saying that he closes in 30 minutes!!! 30 minutes!!! I told him I need them today-- he said sorry- I cannot help you!!! Really? I went the next morning to another shop near my work - and it was done in less than 5 minutes!! This guy chouldnt do it in 30 minutes! I would not count on them again....
