rev:text	This office is not honest. I went there for a routine eye check up. I showed my ID and insurance card. I was told just after the service and charging me, they don't take the Blue View Vision that was written on my card. Just told me after the service is done. I could have gone somewhere where I'm covered. They just wanted my money. It doesn't matter if I signed a financial responsibility. My understanding on that one is I am responsible for what is not covered with my benefit. I'm going to dispute their bill since they did not inform me in advance that they don't take the Blue View Vision when I gave my ID and the insurance card.
