  • This place's prices are INSANE in my opinion. We took our two short haired dogs there to get full grooms. The lady asked "what do you want?" Well, my mom is taking care of my dogs for me and has never had short-haired dogs before. My mom explained she wasn't sure (do you shave short dogs, clip them? She didn't want to say the wrong thing and then come out bald). Right there, this groomer should have clarified. But she didn't. Nor did she explain what she would do. My mom assumed everything would be done properly and left. We returned to get the dogs and all the groomer did was snip the areas near their heads and bottoms and clip their nails. For $30 bucks each. Seriously? 1 - It took you hours to do that? and 2 - that is expensive for nearly no work. We will be taking them to a different groomer next week to get clipped so they wont be sweltering in the summer heat and we won't be returning to this shop.
