  • Top notch. After a slight fender bender, I brought my car here as the other guys (at fault party) insurance was Allstate. Proficient deals directly with Allstate and is an Allstate preferred repair facility. They promptly got my car in, made all the arrangements for my rental car, and did all the correspondence with Allstate regarding the repair. While my car was here, I decided to have them fix a few other dings my car picked up over the last 6 years. The car was repaired within the original timeframe I was promised and I was kept informed as to the progress of the repair along the way. A few days after picking up the car, I noticed one repair spot that wasn't quite buffed out enough and was more matte than the rest of the car. The owner, Bill, insisted that I bring the car in and would not settle till I was 110 percent satisfied with the repair. After a quick rebuff over the trouble spot, my 2011 Toyota Prius looks brand new again. I Can't recommend Proficient enough. Extremely friendly, communicative, and wouldn't settle till I was completely satisfied. Kudos to Bill, Kyle and the rest of the team.
