  • Worst customer service I've seen at any GC. Usually the staff (especially in Mesa store) are great and knowledgeable -- or at least friendly. These guys acted like they were doing me a favor when I asked about a specific guitar I'd seen was available at this store online. The best I could do was a "over on the wall (without looking up)." And then..."if you don't see it then I don't know." I then had to wait 10 minutes to pay for a cable and some picks. As for me, I'll stick to Mesa or Scottsdale GC from now on. The Phoenix location has a great selection of acoustics and electrics but there are way too many talented rock stars working there to help you.
