  • We went there for a fish fry on a Friday. When we walked in the hostess looked us up and down like "who are you?", your not a regular here?, her, and the waitress talked, it was like "where are we going to put them? The waitress was terrible (no experience) had "plastic" courtesy, she asked if we would like a drink, my wife ordered a glass of wine ($6), I asked her what kind of beer they had, she went thru the list which included "coolers", we asked what kind?...coolers light she said, she finally said she was mispronouncing it..it was Coors. Then i said I would have a mixed drink a Seagrams 7 and ginger ale, I said "are you familiar with that?", she said "you mean half 7 up and half ginger ale?", I ordered the scrod, it was ok, it came with french fries, they were raw, a different lady(manager/owner?) came by and asked how the food was, I said "the french fries are raw", she said I will get you another order fast, she did, there were fantastic!, she was very nice (glasses, short dark hair) they had several TVs, even at some of the booths, they all had numbers on them..thought that was odd? I thought oh, they must have a master control at the office, or bar, a golf tournament was on, I couldn't hear it, I asked the waitress if she could turn it up, or put it on "caption", she said they lost the remote? I saw at least 4 TVs that were the same brand, guess they lost them all? We won't be back.
