THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $500. I called weeks in advance and explained that I was buying the tour for my boyfriends 22nd birthday and the receptionist walked me through how to purchase the groupon. After purchasing the $500 groupon I booked an appointment two weeks out. A day before the appointed date I called and gave the receptionist the insurance policy number and asked if there is anything else I needed to do or know and she said "nope, this will all work thank you. See you tomorrow". On the day of appointment my boyfriend showed up with everything they asked him to bring and upon walking into the doors the staff was rude and refused to let him drive. He also said that they told him even if they were to let him drive they would not let him take the cars he wanted and walked him over to a lot with only two cars parked. (There was a whole parking lot full of cars waiting to be driven). They said his insurance would cover the cars but they were not going to take the risk and told him he cannot do the tour. For some reason I guess they decided that he was not the clientele they were looking for. He did not argue and asked if his girlfriend (me who paid) could get a refund since he was not participating and they SAID NO. THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS FOR THE TOUR and to take it up with groupon. Groupon does not give refunds or let you trade vouchers for something the merchant marked as redeemed. You can see my frustration? I TRULY BELIEVE THAT HE WAS PROFILED BY THE WAY HE LOOKS AND THAT IS WHY THEY TREATED HIM SO POORLY. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. It honestly breaks my heart that people still treat other with this mentality.
