  • On a relaxing summer morning, the last thing I expected was to need Advanced Pro. Unfortunately, I had a flood of epic proportions in my house. While I am a member of a website that I paid for years of unbiased ratings of businesses, I went straight to Yelp. Thank goodness I did. I called just before Advanced Pro opened, yet someone answered. She was so extremely gracious to attempt to get someone on the phone prior to their opening time and she was able to reach Brunston and his team. They were at my house in less than 30 minutes and confidently took over the water remediation efforts. It is clear they are experienced and take their responsibility seriously. They expediently removed EVERY SINGLE section of the house that had any evidence of water damage. Advanced Pro employees were kind, hard working, and knowledgeable. The most important insight I can give you is this: Advanced Pro legitimately strives to completely eradicate the water damage. While they work seamlessly with the insurance company, there is zero evidence that their loyalty rests with the insurance company. Rather, they are dedicated to ensuring the homeowner's home is restored to the pre damaged condition. Thus, they do a very thorough job. They removed baseboards, drywall, insulation, door frames, everything! This was awesome, as it guaranteed all materials would be damage free when it came time for put back. It left no possibility for a futile attempt to make what was damaged look undamaged. The single most important piece of advice I can offer is have Advanced Pro do the put back. While I chose a different contractor, I regretted it daily for the four months it took my chosen contractor and me to coordinate the put back. Also, it warrants mentioning that Celeste in the office was superb in assisting us with processing the payment from the insurance company. I happily rate Advanced Pro "Exceeds Standards" from start to finish.
