  • I'm not sure I have ever been spoken to by a floor associate like I was today at this location. They had a sale on "ALL dog beds", which was announced MULTIPLE times while I was in the store with my Mom. It was a great deal! So, we walk over to where some of the dog beds were and on top of the shelving unit was a sign that clearly read "sale", indicating the beds in this area were on sale. Not to mention ALL dog beds were on sale. So, my Mom pick one out and we went to check out. It rang up full price and we questioned why because it should be on sale. The other cashier (who was a manager by the way) turns around and says with the most attitude I've ever heard "well did you pick it up from the bottom shelf because I clearly hid those because they weren't on sale. All other ones except the one you picked!" I couldn't believe she spoke to us this way and with such a tone. I will NEVER return to this location again.
