  • The cleaners were very nice and professional. Contacting the office for an appointment was also very easy. The reason that there are only three stars is because when my husband and I got back to the house, there were still things that were not clean. There were ledges and light fixtures still covered in dust and there was still debris on the carpets after they should have been vacuumed. I understand the house was dirty, but I wish they would have told us that there were things that didn't get done so we could have gone back over them instead of assuming it was clean.
