I filled out the survey after visiting in hopes to shed light on why I my decision not to ever refer anyone or move in to this location as they asked...
My response to the servey:
I was raised in the area and have been to these apartments since it was built hundreds of times before this venture. I sold my house and am looking to rent before buying in the area. The rep was nothing short of amazing. He was professional yet relatable and would be hired by me in a second. The two biggest complaints I have...
Small apartments for way too much and an insulting reminder of our propaganda fuelled media and the prejudice decisions our society fales to evolve from.
I have raised, studied, lived, and always loved the American Pit Bull Terrier. I have yet to meet one that had an inch of the anger and hate the human race has. I've seen them trained by us to be vicious for our own amusment only to be neglected beyond the torture and death that we have seen in recent warfare.
There it sat just as clear as the image of an old 'WHITEs ONLY' sign I was horrified to see in old films AT school. HAVE WE NOT EVOLVED? I have an American Bully; an American Pit Bull relitive. Because he looks like a Pit Bull,he is banned. Has history not educated us enough about the unjust sick belief systems we create about others before truly knowing the character. He is not a Pit bull, and if he was, I would be proud. That dog doesn't have the sick ability to hate and judge the character of others .He is smart, sweet, sensitive of others, intuitive, agile, strong, and faithful. How many of you fit all of that criteria? By the way... He is a service dog, but they never asked.. just assumed. SHAME!

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to ask if you have a service animals. The prospect needs to ask this question. Good luck in your future endeavors.

That's what you have to say to my response? Are you falsely asking me and others to take personal and valuable time out of our day to fill these out? Did you have any intention to self develop or evolve your policies and belief systems? What a waste of such a valuable resource. Why not include service animals in your communication when discussing your policies? Did you know the Chihuahua is the dog that bites the most out of any other breed? How many of them do you have on your falsely advertised "pet friendley" property. Had you done any research at all, you would learned the following:
30+ breeds of dogs and mixes are incorrectly identified as "pit bulls"* in dog bite incidents, attributing the pit bull with an unfair and overstated number of incidents
pit bull is not technically a dog breed; breeds that are commonly referred to as pit bulls in the U.S. are American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Bully
In an effort to bring awareness to this subject and to expose your companies lack of implementing knowledge, feedback, and human compassion, I am forced to move forward. Best of luck to you and your company as you sift through the responses generated from my leak to social and news media.
