  • Very clean, quiet and new hotel. WiFi is complimentary (paid option for higher speed), but otherwise the free connection works just fine. Full bar, and food to order - both open at certain times. Breakfast and Starbucks reasonably priced (not a complimentary buffet). There's a ton of food and breakfast places to eat in the Norterra / Happy Valley area of N Phoenix anyway. Large workout room, outdoor pool and hot tub. I'll definitely stay at this Courtyard again. Probably one of the more comfortable hotels I've stayed with in a long time. Well done Marriott!
