  • They were listed as in network for my insurance and when I booked the girl didn't tell me anything different she also told me they were located next door to lenscrafters, actually they were inside.. When I arrived the receptionist told me they weren't in network because of the location being inside lenscrafters. A heads up would have been nice and also may be a little more compassion from the receptionist, who didn't seem the slightest bit remorseful for the poor communication.
