  • The absolute worst Apple Store I've ever been to. If you are in the Las Vegas area, patronize the Towne Square store or Fashion Show Mall before going here. Staff was unable to fix my new iPhone 6+ problem ~ they ended up blaming Yahoo. And, while most staff were at least quite pleasant, there is one employee who was shockingly rude, arrogant and has no place in any line of work that requires social skills or referred to as "customer service". His name is Joe Ehling (and, I know he won't mind being mentioned here because he gave me his card so I'd remember him) ~ he seemed almost proud of his belligerent behavior. Stay away from this store and, if you must go there, stay away from Joe.
