  • I brought a watch in repair December 16. I picked it up yesterday, Feb 1. Terrible service, little or no phone calls to update on repair. The 4 times I called, they didn't even find the watch in their system. The metal band was bent when I finally got it back. I have taken it to a much more reputable jeweler to see if the damage can be fixed. Will not go back to this store
