  • Staff has always been nice. But lately my flights are always delayed!! It's pretty annoying, I understand delays 30 min or less but once it was delayed an hour! I could do so much with an hour! Once we got to the runway and they had to turn around and go back to the gate to fix something...ummm shouldn't you have checked the plane before we left the gate? I don't mind delays for safety but I would have felt better if they figured it out before we almost took off. Still, the planes are clean and never had any rude staff members. I just want it to be on time!
