  • Dean was superb! Although a jump start didn't get me going, he did have a charger on hand that got my engine started. My battery was completely dead, so I guess he was skeptical that it would hold the charge, and offered to follow me to the dealer which was 6 miles away. What a life-saver, because the battery did indeed die twice before I made it there. Would have been up you-know-what's creek if he wasn't right behind me to make sure I got there OK. Extra service that made a difference! Thanks, Dean!
