  • This Starbucks is terrible. They are perpetually understaffed. If you want to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for your coffee in the morning, this is the place to go. There are many other options for coffee in downtown (us native Charlotteans don't like to call it 'uptown'!). I encourage you to visit Dunkin' Donuts in BB&T Center (just a short walk from here) instead of this place. The only reason why I didn't give this Starbucks one star is because when you do finally get your order, it does taste good!
