Spoke to Kera at front desk at the Ahwatukee location. Kera was extremely unaccommodating. I hope her attitude is not indicative of the other locations. I was given a 6 month membership paid in full for Christmas. My father became ill which took me out of state to care for him. I made her aware of my situation and asked about extending it under the extenuating circumstances. She told me, sorry unless I renew it-which would then give me 2 massages per month at $49/month -it is a total loss! She refused to work with me or give me a phone number for corporate. Providing good customer service is a long lost art at this location!
