The Service Dept gets low marks for customer service. Calls are not returned promptly. The car was not ready on time. And when I went to pick it up, none of the "service advisors" looked up from their work, or asked if they could help, or even said hello. When I approached the desk, the service advisor said,"You'll have to wait." And wait, I did. Longer than I should have. They get two stars only because when an advisor named Travis appeared, he couldn't have been nicer.
