  • I just found out that if you go back to the FS in N. Mesa, AZ asking for them to fix the mistake made on the previous day, they will only fix it the way THEY want to fix it. This is my first FS experience and I am going to assume that customer service is not important there. I ended up getting out of the chair and going to Great Clips. I paid for two haircuts in two days.
