  • I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came to this place because my warranty was affiliated with them. I was told my water pump was leaking and my timing belt had to be replaced and my car was making a squealing noise. My warranty company told me everything would be covered with a $100 deductible which I was happy about. After dropping my car off I get a call from EMC 2 hours later saying my warranty was only covering $5-600 and I had to pay $720 out of my pocket to get everything replaced. So after going back and forth with this place and my warranty company Eric from EMC told me they were going to cover $75 more and my total will be $682. How did it go from 720 to 682?!?! 75 off 720 should be 645. Go back to school buddy. So I ended up paying it because I needed a car to go to work. I pick it up the next day and as I start driving to work it makes the same squealing noise. Did they even replace the timing belt at all? Then I try to open my hood and the hood cable is broken. As I try to open my hood I see dents ALL over my hood and a BIG LINE. I bring it back the next morning and he tells me that's how my hood was when I brought it in. BS!! I just bought the car from the dealership 3 months ago! My car WAS in perfect condition! He tells me to go have a seat while they check my car again but I really don't trust them so I go outside and watch them. I see his mechanic lift my car, uses a long stick and sticks it under the motor to push the hood open from under the car. THAT'S WHERE THE BIG LINE ON MY HOOD CAME FROM. Stupid idiots, I end up paying another $240 to fix the squealing noise. So now I have to deal with a messed up hood until I get it fixed somehow.. another $500 out of my pocket. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I've never met a company like this before. Don't even take it here for an oil change, they probably don't even change your oil filter.. who knows. I hope you guys go out of business soon. The owner should hire somebody that smiles more than Eric. Karma will get you guys
