  • Ariel has been out twice in 2 years to fix my 71" Samsung DLP. The first time he quickly (like 15 minutes) diagnosed, rewired, and fixed a massive color-wheel f-up that another company had performed a few weeks earlier. Today he replaced my lamp (after 5 years and 9600 hours!) I got caught outside the house and he waited in front of my house for 30 minutes for me to get home! Both times we spent more time talking about life and work than it took him to fix my set. This guy is one of the brightest, most honest, and honorable people I have met in my life. I would personally guarantee his work and vouch for him! Use anyone else at your own peril. -Ron
