  • I am a frequent Biltmore Fashion Park patron and Saks Fifth avenue is always so good to me! First of all, they are definitely dog friendly. And all the staff, especially at the counters are so friendly and welcoming to both me and my pup. On one occasion, I spent about 10 mins just conversing with a lady at Jo Malone just about my puppy. She was the sweetest thing. I never feel like I'm not good enough to shop here. My biggest moment for me here has to be at the Louis Vuitton where I bought my very first high end designer purse. Sad to say, they no longer have the LV here, but my experience there was second to none. I was so happy with my purchase and with the lady to helped my first purchase such an exciting one, I wish I remembered her name. And I wish LV didn't have to go! That same day I also went into Gucci to look at wallets and to my surprise, they had some items on sale (this was on Black Friday). The lady who helped me was so nice. She brought out tons of wallets for me that she thought matched my style and she was right, I was feeling all of them! Lucky for me, I fell in love with one they had on sale! They only had 2 left and I was hesitant to go for it on the same day as my LV purchase so I took awhile to decide. They didn't rush me at all. They let me hold it and look at it as long as I wanted. I would say it was because of their great service that I was convinced to get it. And am so glad I did! I have also made a purchase at the Chanel store there and that one was not as great as my other experience. I'm not sure if it was because I had my dog with me that I felt a little unwelcome there but the sales associate seemed a little uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for, especially because I didn't really know what I wanted. I went from looking at earrings to card holders to keychains and back to earrings and she seemed a little annoyed and kept asking me if I have decided what I want and that was a little irritating because it was a big deal to me - my first Chanel purchase. I ended up buying signature CC earrings and I love them but I don't love the memory of me buying it. Overall, I love this Saks and will always come back for more.
