  • Visiting from Syracuse, NY and my son gashed his head open after a fall. Went to the ER and was shocked by the inadequate process of this ER. My son was not triaged (seems like a first come, first serve ER?????!!!!). No medical history was taken prior to treatment. No inquiries as to what pain meds he had been given today. No offer of pain meds after hitting his head. No BP taken. Just inadequate, negligent care. We DID get stitched up by a Dr. who did a nice job. We have 7 kids, 3 with special medical needs, so we are constantly in and out of hospitals. Just honestly stunned by the lack of attention to medical details we are used to in Syracuse. We will definitely not return here if we are in need of medical care.
