  • They butchered my son. We have gone to this location a total of three times with someone different cutting his hair each time. The first two times I didn't say anything because I don't like to cause conflict and though "maybe they are just having a bad day". This last time was the worst one... I don't even understand how it turned out so bad. There are chunks missing and everything is uneven like he cut it himself. He sit perfectly still and loves getting haircuts done so I know it wasn't his fault. I'm so extremely disappointed..We will never go back.
