  • We originally took our dog to Banfield (not recommended) but went to AAH when Geena, our 10 y/o lab needed an ultrasound, something our vet didn't do. Since abdominal ultrasounds can be quite pricey, we called around for prices first. AAH was by far the most affordable.. Going in, we knew our dogs situation wasn't promising. The ultrasound gave us a better understanding of exactly what was going on with her liver/ surrounding organs. As we expected, the news was bad but, Dr. Cordray took the time to explain exactly what was going on with her, and what to expect going forward. Having a medical background, I came prepared with 3 pages worth of questions. Dr. Cordray took the time to answer each question thoroughly and was VERY knowledgeable. I could tell it was hard for him to find the right words when answering some of my questions, Dr. C truly cares. It's never easy to tell someone their dog is dying. I can't thank Dr. Cordray enough for what he did. Because of him we were able to do all the things Geena loved before having to say goodbye. It meant the world to us. THANK YOU DR. CORDRAY!!!!!
