  • Incredible customer service and extremely helpful. I called for issues with my tub drain cover and trip lever. He was kind enough to walk me through things over the phone. He specifically told me "it seems pretty easy to do it yourself and I'm trying to save you money so you don't have to pay me to come out for something you can do yourself" and walked me through my issues and even suggested I get certain pieces for my tub. And he was a cool guy at that. Even though I didn't get any work done from him, he was more helpful than I would have thought. I'd definitely come to him for any plumbing issues I may face in the future.
