  • We have been using Shoe Lab for years and the quality of service and work has been consistently going downhill and it's truly disappointing. Not only do they charge outrageous prices now but their level of professionalism, attention to detail and communication is all but non existent. There have been more times then we care to count of when work had to be resent and redone as it was simply unacceptable and no way presentable to the client. We are constantly phoning Shoe Lab for updates and information on client repairs as they rarely provide us with any details on when we can expect them to be finished. Every time we call we get the standard apology and excuse of "we're short staffed, there's only one person at the counter etc" EVERY TIME. How about addressing this ongoing issue you seem to have and look at hiring some more staff?? Or here's an idea: maybe let us know you're swamped and you're running on average 4 weeks behind! Stop over promising and under delivering! We are actively looking to take our business else where and it's truly a shame that Shoe Lab can't get their act together.
