  • I was in the area and had to get a few things for my French Bulldog. What a mistake!! shittiest customer service ever. This location is a ghost town, maybe 2 employees on the floor at most. When I saw one of the employee with a cart stocking some shelves, I politely asked her if I could get some help about harnesses for my Frenchie. She huffed and came by to the aisle, giving me a half ass answer about the size and answering me as if I was stupid or from another planet. Never again, I love the Richmond Hill location, they always go above and beyond.
