My initial 'day of' purchase was positive. I got a good used car at a fair price. There was one issue, a broken visor, that was agreed to be replaced as a condition of the sale. I even have a 'we owe' document from Horne stating they will replace the visor.
It's been over two months, several emails and one additional visit to Horne and it appears they have no intention of honoring that agreement. For that they get a two star review. I'm happy with my car but when a man cannot honor his word I cannot recommend you do business with him.
UPDATE
Dan the GM at Horne read this review and was all over the issue. He was upset about the initial problem and apologetic. Within two days of contact my visor has been replaced. Dan earned the two stars I added to my review.
