  • We went for our final closing of escrow at this Pioneer title office. We dealt with Grace Brady and Caryn. Grace was incredibly unprofessional when we found a $3,000 glitch in our paperwork that would result in a refund of part of our down payment. She immediately went into defense mode and passed the buck on who the mistake would fall on. Luckily, we had our financial rep there with us who faught the issue and represented us. Still, Grace provided no comfort that the situation would be resolved, or even looked at for that matter. We did not care who dropped the ball on this issue, we just wanted it reviewed and considered. Grace had a raging attitude problem and her customer service was horrendous. In addition to Grace, Caryn made herself appear incompetent. She did not know which papers needed to be signed, and which did not. Our financial advisor had to walk her through the process of our signing and the professionalism was definitely lacking. Overall, we're just glad we will never have to deal with those people again and I dont suggest anyone that has a choice of their title agency go to this Pioneer Title Agency location.
