  • The food was excellent , the quality and portion size were great . I have had sushi all over the states and this was most definitely in the top two, I have yet to find decent sushi where I live sadly ,nothing that compares to what I have found in multiple trips to vegas, We started with the Bigeye tuna pizza and just ordered each additional plate as we were done ,next was Kobe Beef Tataki,Hirame Ikejime ,Duck Prosciutto,Seafood "Dynamite", Seared Foie Gras,Japanese Yellowtail . This food was very good!! I'm looking forward to going back.. we stayed at Bellagio and I actually went down the following night for one of the Big eye pizza's ..I couldn't get enough!!
