I have tried many boot camps around Madison. I decided to give this one a whirl because of a groupon I found. I like the different stations they have, TRX and ropes. They have kettle bells, big tires and hammers. I was skeptical of the 30 min workout as another person had mentioned. I definitely sweated and got a good work out but after all said and done I prefer a 45 min to 1 hour boot camp. I wouldn't say I was worked out any harder than at other boot camps.
This place was also extremely more expensive then other places I have tried. They tried to sell it as its more like personal training and you set up goals, they give online tools, etc. But other places do that too and for 200+ a month is insane. The person I spoke with also a little condescending when I mentioned I would have to talk with husband before signing up. She said something like "do you always have to check with your husband?" Yes I do, when our budget is pretty tight and in a marriage, I'm guessing, most people discuss large purchases. I would recommend this place to a person who can afford it and doesn't mind a short work out.
