  • I was at the Sherway location last weekend and a very scattered young woman attempted to assist me. She was to focused on serving multiply customers at one time that she left me waiting for a substantial period of time while she was "in the back" seeking my size. In the meantime, at least 4 other associates tried to serve me and I turned them away. When my associate finally returned, she said "can I help" you with something?" I could have screamed with how she had wasted my time and treated me with such insignificance! I dropped a bundle that day on lingerie and she didn't bother to take my items to the register or apologize; simply pointed to the registers and said "that way". I once loved this store and now have nothing but disdain for the lack of courtesy and down right ignorance I was shown! I would have fired her on the spot if I they had a manager worth their salt!
