  • One star for Horrible Customer Service. Was a long time customer and will never be back to this location because of your horrible customer service including rude servers. The server told us she was not trained in customer service she's just a server. Wtf applebees should have higher standards for their servers. I'll take my money elsewhere. All the manager says... I'll talk to her, maybe you should've trained her when she was hired/did a personality check.
