I can't say enough good things about Shawn. Most importantly you should know Shawn was professional, insightful and experienced. The few workouts that I wasn't comfortable doing, he offered other workouts for. He knew when my body was over compensating and when we should switch weights. I was most interested in having a better shape and getting abs, which we totally achieved. He gave me a one hour consultation understanding my lifestyle, eating habits, and gym practices. I started training with Shawn twice a week, and loved the results so much that I bumbed it up to three times a week. I strongly recommend Shawn! I discovered him from a group of coworkers who all also use him.
