  • I am not sure the right way to write this review, but here goes. I took my dyson DC25 here after it stopped working. The owner informed me that the head assembly would need to be replaced, and it would be ~$250 to repair, with the part costing $175. After going there, I found the head assembly on amazon for $60 and decided to try to repair myself. Ultimately, the repair took me 5 minutes (didn't need instructions, it was really easy) and cost me $60. My vacuum works like new again! I appreciate the owner's quick diagnosis and willingness to share it honestly with me, as I never would have figured it out myself, however he is definitely overcharging for parts and service.
